the room was spacious and clean, providing a comfortable bed for my partner and me. Secondly, the staff at breakfast were extremely helpful and friendly, ensuring that everything was labeled and that my dietary needs were met. Lastly, the hotel's location right at Greenmarket Square was fantastic, as it allowed us to easily explore the city centre.
There was one aspect that could be improved upon during my stay.

The location is perfect- quiet and safe. Greenmarket square is the centre of it all. Walking distance to everything in town. Taxi rank outside and restaurants nearby. The staff are friendly and helpful and the breakfast in the coffee shop is fine. The perfect place to stay at very reasonable cost.

Spent Xmas at this hotel and had a delightful time! The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming, making us feel at home from the moment we arrived. The location couldn't be better, smack in the middle of town and surrounded by fantastic dining options. The room was spotless, and the included breakfast spread was excellent, with options to please everyone.
The only downside of this hotel was the occasional noise from the surrounding area, but that's just to be expected from being in the heart of the city. an excellent experience!

I especially liked the central location of the hotel, just near Green Market which made it easy to access and in a safe environment. The staff was always very friendly and helpful with any problem you might have. I would definitely recommend this place to other travellers.

It was in a good location for the Argus race and also to visit beaches and Table Mountain etc. It was central to most things. The staff went out of the way to help us. The bed was comfortable and for the money I thought it was good value. they provided breakfast early when we were too early and front the desk staff to the restaurant were friendly and helpful.

This hotel is a great location for those wanting to explore the city center. It is surrounded by shops, restaurants, and markets, making it easy to soak up the city's bustling energy. the breakfast is satisfactory and everything was well-labeled. the hotel is located in the heart of the city, so exploring is made easier.
The hotel's furniture and decor is outdated and needs upgrading.

Convenient to city centre. Near the red and blue tourist bus route bus stop.
The fact that my Barclaycard got cloned in Cape Town, possibly at the Inn on the Square.

The location was superb. It is in a good part of Cape Town, downtown /Central business district. There was long st, Green Market Place, and st. georges mall right near by. The staff was friendly and I booked two extra nights.
The hot water wasn't consistent.

My husband had a pacemaker fitted at Chris Barnard Hospital, so location was fantastic as the hospital is only two blocks away. The hotel staff were incredibly friendly and helpful as well as the staff at the Tudor Cafe. Our room was clean and comfortable and very affordable. We really felt at home, and next time we are in Cape Town, the Tudor Hotel, is where we will be staying.

Nice staff. Perfect location.
No aircon (despite what was announced at Booked.net), just a very slow fan. Very, very noisy on weekend nights if room is facing Long Street.
